Cozy up to a truly unique and wonderful experience during your stay at Spring Acres Bed and Breakfast. Located on 180 secluded acres, the guest house overlooks a 5 acre lake and Southeastern Ohio’s largest Suri Alpaca Farm.
There is something for everyone! Guests are free to enjoy a living/gathering room with a large selection of books, a family room with game table and expansive back deck with a magnificent view of the water, barns and the multitude of alpacas. The lake is available for swimming or non-motor boating and has a nearby, covered pavilion and bathrooms. Take a tour of the farm, barns and store and experience the culture of a working alpaca farm or browse the artwork of resident artist and house manager, Sherry Camma.
Four guest rooms are available. Two bedrooms have queen beds and ensuite bathrooms. The third or fourth bedroom can be rented individually with a private bathroom or together as a two-bedroom suite with a shared bathroom. One of the bedrooms has a queen bed and the other, a standard bed and a twin bed.
Bedrooms with private bath are $145/night.
Bedrooms with shared bath are $135/night when booked individually.
If renting 2 bedrooms as a suite with shared bath, the cost is $270 per night.
